Our Warranty Policy

OUR WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Duration: Our devices come with a standard warranty period as specified by the Vendor, starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage: The warranty covers only factory defects.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or negligence.

Repair or Replacement: In the event of a covered defect, the customer is to take the device to the nearest service centre.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for warranty claims.

Return Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the customer is required to report the challenge at our shop. The device will be cross-checked by our engineer and the necessary steps that follow will be taken.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for logistics costs associated with returning the device for warranty service.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective device and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.

Voiding Warranty: Tampering with the device, removing labels, or attempting unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
